In-Person Training
In-Person Training
In Person training is a great way to get detailed instruction and level up teams over different project scopes. These training sessions allow immediate feedback and clarification over work and the interactive nature means participants can ask detailed questions and receive real-time answers. This concentrated learning, combined with the ability to get hands-on assistance in real time, leads to a deeper understanding and higher retention of the skills being taught.
OSP Field Bootcamp
OSP Field Bootcamp
Our OSP Field Bootcamp is an intensive three-day training program designed for data collection with Katapult Pro. Teams will learn techniques that improve safety practices, increase quality of data, and maximize efficiency in the field. The program begins and ends with a skills assessment and training is done almost entirely in the field.
Field bootcamp is $2000 for the first team of two plus $1000 for each additional pair.
Bootcamp is typically the first week each month, with the next available dates scheduled for January 5th-7th, 2026
OSP Office Apprenticeship
OSP Office Apprenticeship
The OSP Office Apprenticeship is a three-week curriculum built for the back office workflow. The first week is spent in person at our Dillsburg office running training data through the workflow while weeks 2 and 3 are a series of virtual calls to provide training and feedback on your real applications. Your team will process data in the office and learn photo classification and node prep, data extraction, make ready, and pole loading analysis.
The office apprenticeship costs $3500 for the first person and $1000 for each additional person.
The apprenticeship occurs monthly with the next available dates for February 2nd-6th.
On-Site Training
On-Site Training
We also offer custom, on-site training with your team. For those looking for an individualized approach, we’ll create a training plan specific to your workflow and scope. One of our Katapult Pro experts will travel to you and train your team using your unique models.

Virtual Sessions
Virtual Sessions
Virtual software training provides a flexible and accessible alternative to traditional in-person sessions. Virtual sessions can be scheduled to go over specific skills and concepts, address questions and clarify information for teams, and provide feedback on real work completed.
Guided, virtual training can be comprehensive or tailored to cover specific functionalities of Katapult Pro. Examples of training topics include data collection techniques, annotations and cable tracing, using Katapult Pro Integrated Pole Loading, and many others. Sessions are typically 1-hour but can be scheduled longer if needed. Each session will be recorded and shared with you and can be attended by everyone on your team.

Certification Assessments
Certification Assessments
Our certification program validates your expertise with Katapult Pro and demonstrates your proficiency to clients and partners.
Tier 1 Certification - $58
Tier 1 Certification - $58
Tier 1 consists of two assessment-based units available through our platform:
Data Collection - Covers the complete Katapult Pro field collection workflow, including the mobile interface, situational awareness, and software functionality for field teams.
Data Processing - Focuses on industry standards and software operations, from photo data processing and extraction to make ready procedures and diagnosing pole loading failures and errors.
Tier 2 Certification - $250
Tier 2 Certification - $250
Currently available for Data Collection only. This advanced certification requires you to submit jobs meeting minimum quantitative standards. Your work will be evaluated across five qualitative criteria, and you must score at least proficient in each category to achieve certification.
Companies with at least one certified user in any certification track are eligible to be added to our Katapult Pro Vendor List.
