Grounding photos (shortcut 'g') help designers know if attachments are grounded or not. The photo chip in the top right will prompt you to select from a few statuses. "Grounded" should be used when the photo shows an intact grounding wire going to ground or to the grounding rod. "Broken Ground" can be used when the grounding wire is visibly damaged. In several workflows, "Not Grounded" may never be used, however some teams choose to uniquely denote poles are not grounded.
