Before completing the upload, you have a few options if you need to notify anyone.
Notify Project Managers sends an email to all users at your company who have the admin role enabled. This is a good option to keep stakeholders in the loop that data collection for the job is completed.
Notify Remote Processors allows you to notify specific users, usually the team members who will be doing photo classification and calibration. You can select the pencil icon next to this option to enter and save email addresses of users you want to get notified.
Additionally, you can choose to associate photos upon upload. This will organize all the photos to their correct locations on the map. Often, association is done by the office processors after classification so this isn't usually necessary but could be helpful in some workflows.
Make sure that you keep the tab running with consistent Internet connection while your photos upload. Otherwise they might look completely gray with an "Error" text on it and will need to be re-uploaded. Once the photos have been successfully uploaded, back-office processing can begin. Once your photos have succesfully uploaded you can review the photos and close out of any tabs.
Data processing will happen from the office after the photos have been uploaded. This includes classifying and calibrating photos through photo annotations and cable tracing. Please check out our Data Processing training for more information.
