Cable Tag Classification

Comms ID photos help back office staff know attachment owners. Like hallways there are no attributes with the cable tag photo, but photo thumbnails will show orange with this classification, so any photo where cable ID tags can be read should get this classification for easy reference. The shortcut for cable tag photos is 'c'.
